Grounded Calm is my 12‑month, application‑only container for people who are ready to stop “coping” and start building real nervous system safety, capacity, and self‑connection.

How it works (simple overview)

Grounded Calm is long-term support.

It includes private 1:1 sessions across the year, plus light between-session support and community elements to help the work stick in real life.

Because it’s a 12‑month container, I personally review every application.

What happens after you apply?

  1. You’ll answer a few questions (so I can sense fit).

  2. Applications are reviewed every Friday. If it looks aligned, you'll be invited to book a short call with me.

  3. If we’re both a yes, you’ll receive an enrolment link.

No pressure. No weird sales vibe. Just clarity.
